The Chronicles of the Fairy Tale Daughters - Free Kindle Book

Tricking the Moon can be dangerous, but when you’re running from an even more dangerous enemy it's the only way to escape. In THE CHRONICLES OF THE FAIRY TALE DAUGHTERS, the first book of a fantastical and humorous middle grade series, Serena, Raphaella (“Raphie”) and Sage - the 11-year-old daughters of Snow White, Rapunzel and Sleeping Beauty, respectively - are sent off to trick the Moon to escape the attacks of an unknown foe. This means leaving their home of Grimmland to head to Earth Proper (“Earth”) - supposedly a safer haven for the girls. But when they encounter issues of romance, popularity and the occasional malfunction of tripping on their own hair - all to claim their own enchanted forest - Earth rarely proves to be trouble free.

Earth may be a place that the enemy won’t be invading … for now, but that still doesn’t mean mischief isn’t afoot for Serena, Raphie and Sage, the most spirited group of all the Fairy Tale Daughters and Princesses. Especially if there’s an almost-enchanted forest at stake and the trio tries to claim it as their own while Cinderella’s daughter, Ember, wants it for herself (and she always gets what she wants - doesn’t she?) The only way to solve the stand-off is to make a bet: the girl who's crowned queen of the Sixth Grade Harvest Moon Homecoming Dance at Westport Middle School gets the forest. Yet it’s not so easy to obtain the crown when it means competing for the most popular boy in school and the school’s affections while watching out for a faceless villian (especially if it turns out to be the vengeful Rose Red), not to mention the Moon and a bit of (illegal) Fairy Dust. What’s an Enchanted Princess to do?
